The first is a 6.6-liter V8 gasoline engine with direct injection and cast aluminum head material. It produces 401 horsepower and 464 pound-feet of torque.
The second engine is a 6.6-liter Duramax V8 turbodiesel engine with a cast aluminum head material and common-rail direct injection. It makes 470 horsepower and 975 pound-feet of torque.
Both engines send power to the wheels using an Allison 10-speed transmission.
